  19. Presto! Mr. Photo was especially designed to interface with digital camera software via TWAIN, so that images can be downloaded from a digital camera automatically. 
  20.  
  21. Mr. Photo Gold is a suite of applications that includes Presto! Mr. Photo and Presto! PhotoAlbum. Further, it is supported in Windows 95/98/NT system and Macintosh systems.

  23. Presto! Mr. Photo was designed to incorporate MMX technology.

  28. Supported Image Formats
  29. Mr. Photo for Windows supports BMP, FPX, JPG, PCX, PCD, PNG, TGA, TIF, WMF, JFIF, and POF image formats.
  30. Mr. Photo for the Macintosh version supports PICT, JPG, TIF, JFIF image formats.

  32. Printing Photos and Indexes
  33. Note it may take some time for large photos to be printed.

  35. Linking Presto! Mr. Photo with Presto! PhotoAlbum
  36. For Windows only, the PhotoAlbum icon will be added into application bar after PhotoAlbum is installed, and removed after PhotoAlbum is uninstalled.

  38. Cleaning up thumbnail files
  39. To speed up display performance, the Windows version of Mr. Photo will generate temporary thumbnail files named "Mr$Photo.TOF" in the same folder as the original photos.
  40. The user should periodically remove these files to conserve disk space.

  45. If you encounter problems linking the digital camera, please perform the following checks.

  56. If you experience memory errors or errors when printing photos, change the minimum and maximum virtual memory settings in Windows to 2 times the amount of RAM on your system.
